By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or buyer aware of the intended non-human purpose of the materials.

Any use of our products in or on humans or animals is a serious misuse of the materials, is entirely at your own risk, and is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for such use.

By entering, you confirm you are at least 21 years old and that all purchases are for legitimate laboratory research use only.

You are responsible for ensuring that ordering, importing and possessing the materials is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any permit or institutional approval required.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — where stock, compliance checks, suspected misuse, pricing errors or shipping restrictions require it.

Product listings, sizes and specifications are described as accurately as possible. Vial images are representative; lot-specific analytical data is supplied with the certificate of analysis.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and exclude any duties, import charges or local taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by our payment provider. Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain; please verify the amount, network and address before sending funds.

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours in insulated, discreet packaging with tracked delivery. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Where we ship internationally, you act as the importer of record and are responsible for customs compliance in your country.

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Report shipments that arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund them.

You may not resell our products for human or veterinary use, relabel them as pharmaceuticals, misrepresent their intended purpose, or use the site to submit false compliance declarations.

You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the store or its infrastructure.

Products are supplied without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the analytical specification stated on the certificate of analysis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nordgen Research Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your handling, use, storage or onward supply of the materials.

The Nordgen name, site design, photography and written content are our property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
